Recipe Risotto with sausage and lentils New Year's Eve
Preparation:

In a frying pan to fry the onion into small pieces in oil. Add rice and toast without
burning. Then add a bit of water to cook the lentils with a little of lentils. Continue
cooking, stirring occasionally and adding more water to cook the lentils.
Meanwhile, slice 2 slices of sausage, remove the skin and cut into pieces. Then add
the sausage into small pieces and continue cooking, stirring and adding the cherry
sauce ready until you make a nice sauce. Keep cooking the risotto in the sauce adding
water when necessary. When the risotto is done, let it rest for a couple of minutes
before serving.
Serve decorated by some nice pieces of sausage.
